This was such an amazing podcast. Thank you! As a therapist this was super helpful approach to helping woman who adopt the other woman identify. But as a woman, who has found herself in a this same situation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is the first time I’ve felt allowed to practice self compassion and acceptance, to combat the shame I feel from others but mostly the shame I carry about myself. Thank you
